Terms of Service

PromoteMe is a platform for planning, creating, approving, scheduling, publishing and reporting on social media content. It supports two roles — Clients (businesses) and Freelancers/Agencies (who can add team members) — and includes AI-assisted content generation.

You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that happens under your account.

You must have the authority to manage any business and any social accounts you connect.

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your country requires a higher age to enter into a contract, to use the Platform.

By connecting a social account and approving or scheduling content, you authorise PromoteMe to publish on your behalf to that network. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the content and to use the connected accounts.

When you connect a social account, the freelancer/agency and team members assigned to that business can manage and publish content for it on your behalf.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant PromoteMe the licence needed to host, process, schedule, publish and report on that content so the service can function.

You are responsible for your content and must not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or in breach of a social network's rules.

The Platform can generate captions, descriptions and images using AI. AI output may be inaccurate, generic or unintentionally similar to other material; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published.

AI generation is metered by AI tokens associated with each business.

PromoteMe is only the tool through which Clients and freelancers/agencies collaborate. Any engagement, deliverables, pricing or dispute between a Client and a freelancer is strictly between them; PromoteMe is not a party to that agreement.

The Platform offers free and paid plans and AI-token allowances. Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor; the applicable fees and billing terms are shown before you subscribe.

If you subscribe to a paid plan as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Because a paid plan gives immediate access to a digital service, by subscribing you expressly request that it starts right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

EU online dispute resolution: consumers can use the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can also reach us directly at info@promotemee.com.

Do not misuse the Platform, attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or use it to publish content that is illegal or violates third-party rights or social network policies.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoteMe is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Platform, including lost content, missed publications or inaccurate AI output.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform, or these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law. The Platform is operated by OnePal solutions d.o.o. za usluge, Trg žrtava fašizma 1, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB 51624390802). For any question, contact info@promotemee.com.
